Nudges that keep you on task
Activity-aware nudges compare your recent window activity against the task you've marked In Progress. When you drift from it, it speaks up. When you're already heads-down on the right thing, it mostly stays out of your way: a word of encouragement at most every ten minutes.

Consent-first activity monitoring
The part that makes the nudges work is also the part we take most seriously. Activity capture is off until you accept a plain-language, versioned disclosure. If we ever change what's captured or who processes it, the version bumps and you're asked again. You can export or delete your data at any time.
