Refund Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid plans of Work Assistant (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

Free trial

Work Assistant includes a 1-month free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you will not be charged at all. Your subscription — and billing — begins only when the trial ends, unless you have cancelled before then.

How you are billed

Our order process and payments are handled by our authorized reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Refunds and cancellations are processed through Paddle.com on our behalf.

14-day refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Where the law of your country grants you a longer or additional right to a refund, that right continues to apply.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; a cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has begun — so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.

When a refund may not be available

We may decline a refund where the request falls outside the periods above, where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of this policy, or where the law otherwise permits. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

How to request a refund

Email support@workassistant.app with your order details, or use the receipt from Paddle.com to request a refund directly. We aim to respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
